When it comes to looking hip and youthful(one can argue on this point) there’s only a few brands in the world that can do that for you. Well at least that is what we think, in this case; the brand Vespa definitely fit the frame for a brand that is hip, fashionable and cool. So enough introduction for now, recently; Vespa Malaysia under the management of Naza Premira Sdn Bhd launched their new model of Vespa to the Malaysian market.

Through 68 years of evolution, Vespa has always found class in simplicity and stayed true to its core and original vintage flair. The Vespa LT 150 is powered by an air-cooled single-cylinder 3-valve engine with electronic fuel injection, a new bore and stroke and friction-reducing crankshaft. This newest version of the Vespa LT 150 retains the unique Vespa Design DNA, has been subtly enhanced and combined with the latest Piaggio technology to provide a premium scooter that is innovative, stylish and the ideal choice for first time riders.This model features a two-colored saddle with an embroidered Vespa logo and also sports Italian flags on both sides of the scooter to pay homage to its Italian roots. A round headlamp accentuates its curves and an embossed rear shield, footrest, and black lateral covers are in perfect harmony with the rear view mirrors, saddle and rims.

The Vespa LT 150 3V IE is available in two colours (red and orange) and is priced at RM9,888 (basic selling price).“Vespa Malaysia has seen a vast growth and is gaining tremendous popularity in Malaysia market, with more people recognizing the brand as a lifestyle product rather than just a means of mobility. The current sales volume in 2014 has significantly exceeded the target sales volume that would equate to a staggering 250% growth compared to 2013,” said Datuk Wira Haji SM Faisal Tan Sri SM Nasimuddin, Group Executive Chairman & Group CEO, NAZA World Group of Companies.Currently, Vespa Malaysia has 18 authorised dealers in Peninsular Malaysia that are fully compliant with the Vespa Corporate Identity (CI). To further strengthen and solidify the brand’s local presence, NAZA Premira invites any interested parties to be part of the Vespa dealer network in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
