Hafizh Syahrin, PETRONAS Raceline Malaysia Moto2 rider I am a bit disappointed not to finish the race fifth. I had the pace and I know I could do it but I miscalculated the laps and thought that there was another lap to go. I will ensure that I will do better in the next race. Thank you everyone!
Barry Leong, PETRONAS Raceline Malaysia team manager Great ride by Hafizh. He is definitely a contender this year. I am happy to see that we are consistently putting up good lap times thanks to everyone’s hard work. The bike was great throughout the weekend and we can see improvements in every session. The focus now is to improve on Hafizh’s qualifying form and have a better grid position which is crucial to get good results.
