Boon Siew Honda introduce the 2018 CBR500R, CB500F, CB500X -Available in Authorized Impian Honda Shop from Jan 2018-

PENANG, 28 December 2017 – Boon Siew Honda Sdn Bhd (BSH), is officially introducing the 2018 CBR500R, CB500F and CB500X, which comes with new colors and stripes, cater to provide a sporty, aggressive and adventure new look.

The CBR500R, CB500F and CB500X have found popularity among owners because of its manageable size for riding in and around town, and sports performance out on the open, twisty roads. For the 2018 version, it maintains its compact form, but gives it a unique and hard-edged look. Honda aimed to provide cool and attractive outlook for CB500 series. However, upgraded outlook of CB500 series is based on its design concept, which CBR500R – ‘Aggressive Speed Shape’, CB500F – ‘Mechanical & Aggressive’ and CB500X – ‘Feel the Adventure form’.

While its 471cc DOHC engine (producing 35kW and returning 29.4km/liter) and steel diamond-tube frame remained unchanged for 2017, CBR500R, CB500F, CB500X was redrawn with aggressive and flowing new lines front to back. The styling integrated fluidly to create an aerodynamic form ready to carve cleanly through the air; an LED headlight and taillight also added a premium feel. A range of dynamic new colors added further to the visual appeal.

According to Boon Siew Honda’s Deputy Chairman & Deputy CEO, Dato’Sri Datuk Wira Tan Hui Jing, “2018 will be the turning point for Honda Big Bike in Malaysia; which Honda BigWing sets to open in the 4 main cities – Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor. We are aiming to introduce the most exciting models to Malaysia, and release this latest CBR500R, CB500F and CB500X is just the starting point.
